Information For Retailers
UNIQUENESS
We individually hand make each item. We do not employ molds or other mass-production methods in the creation of our pieces. We take care to maintain consistency of size, shape and color from piece to piece, but variations will occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work as well as variability in the colored glass we use in creating our art.
PRICING
All prices shown on our website are wholesale prices.
COLOR CHOICES
Many of our pieces come in a wide variety of colors and color patterns. This allows us to remain fresh in our work and to provide the greatest variety of selection to you. If you like, you may specify colors you would prefer to receive (or to avoid). If no color preferences are stated we will provide you with our widest selection.
TERMS
All first orders are either COD or prepaid via credit card (we take Visa, Master Card and Discover). Subsequent orders are payable on a net 30 days basis.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We usually ship either via USPS or UPS. If you have a preference or special delivery needs please inform us.
Pieces in stock will be shipped within seven (7) business days of receiving your order. If pieces need to be made to fulfill your order we will contact you regarding the expected shipping date.
All shipments will be charged a $6 handling fee to cover the costs of boxing, packaging and invoicing the shipment. This fee is on top of the UPS, USPS or FedEx shipping charges.
BREAKAGE AND RETURNS
We take great care to design and build our pieces so as to make them strong and durable under normal handling. However, accidents do occur. Should an item be damaged in shipping, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt to arrange replacement or refund.
Some customer-caused breakage is repairable and some isn't. Damage such as a snowman losing a nose, a fin knocked off a fish or a tentacle missing from a nautilus is usually fixable for a nominal fee plus the cost of shipping. Please call us for a repair estimate plus any further instructions.
If the items you receive are intact but are not what you expected, you may return them for a refund less the costs of shipping and handling. Should you wish a refund you must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment.
